On March 18th ,2025, Zhongluotan Town in Baiyun District, GuangZhou, China witnessed a remarkable event — the Zhongluotan Town High-Quality Development Conference and the groundbreaking ceremony of the Wuxing Yuping(Fivestar Bottle) Smart Manufacturing Comprehensive Project. Amid the sound of celebratory firecrackers and the groundbreaking shovels hitting the ground, the Wuxing Yuping Smart Manufacturing Project, with a total investment of 280 million yuan and a construction area of approximately 70,000 square meters, was officially launched.

Over 200 attendees, including Qiu Zhizhong, Deputy Secretary of the Baiyun District Committee of the Communist Party of China; Ma Ya, President of the Guangdong Association of Beauty &Cosmetics; Yu Juqing, Mayor of Zhongluotan Town; as well as representatives from various sectors and employees, participated in the ceremony.

Opening Remarks

At the outset of the ceremony, Yu Juqing, Deputy Secretary of the Zhongluotan Town Party Committee and Mayor of Zhongluotan Town, delivered a speech. He extended his congratulations on the convening of the Zhongluotan Town High-Quality Development Conference and the groundbreaking ceremony of the Wuxing Yuping Smart Manufacturing Comprehensive Project. He also highlighted the development advantages of Zhongluotan Town and reaffirmed the town's commitment to striving toward the goals of building a clean, beautiful, safe, and harmonious Zhongluotan. He encouraged entrepreneurs to confidently establish themselves in Zhongluotan, stay focused, strengthen and optimize their businesses, and expand their enterprises in partnership with the town to achieve high-quality development. Taking this opportunity, representatives from the Investment Promotion Department of the Management Committee of Guangzhou Private Science and Technology Park, the Xiuzheng Huacai Life and Health Industry Base, and the Headquarters of Afanda respectively took the stage to present and promote investment opportunities.

Ma Ya, President of the Guangdong Association of Beauty & Cosmetics, delivered a speech. President Ma fully affirmed the position and strength of Wuxing Yuping in the national beauty and cosmetics packaging industry, expressing great confidence and high expectations for the company's establishment in Zhongluotan Town.

Weijia, Wu, General Manager of Wuxing Yuping(Fivestar Bottle) , introduced the Wuxing Yuping Smart Manufacturing Comprehensive Project and unveiled the three core highlights of the base:

Technology Leadership:The project will introduce advanced industrial intelligent production lines and smart warehouses. By leveraging technologies such as the Internet of Things and AI vision, it will achieve automated production and intelligent management.

Green and Low-Carbon:The base will adopt photovoltaic power generation and cold storage systems, actively pursuing the "dual carbon" goals.

Industrial Synergy:Once operational, the base will achieve an annual production capacity of over 85 million sets of mid-to-high-end cosmetic containers, strengthening and supplementing the supply chain of Baiyun District's "6+6" modern industrial cluster.

With the smart manufacturing project as a catalyst, Wuxing Yuping aims to build an integrated innovation manufacturing system comprising a "R&D Hub – Smart Factory – Digital Brain – Experience Space," enabling full-process production services from creative concept to product delivery. The construction of the smart factory will further drive Wuxing Yuping's intelligent manufacturing and transformation and upgrading, enhancing the company's equipment standards, level of informatization and intelligence, and overall industry influence.

Official Signing Ceremony

During the event, Weiqun, Wu President of Wuxing Yuping(Fivestar Bottle), entered into strategic cooperation agreements with five enterprises, namely China Resources Chemical, Yizumi Holdings, Ligong Industrial, Leinuoniao Technology, and Jingong Intelligent.

Chairman Weimin Wu, and guests, employee representatives together broke ground at the ceremony. With firecrackers sounding and applause thundering, the project officially began, marking a new chapter for Wuxing Yuping(Fivestar Bottle).
